@eon_next you have sent me an energy statement today, covering the period 20th May to 18th June. Why does it only refer to my electricity usage, when you supply my gas too? I have a smart meter, so you should be taking regular readings.

@5against4@cineworld It’s feeling more like mis-selling because we bought Unlimited passes, based on the advertised upcoming films, which are not now showing at my local cinema 🙄
@cineworld I can see from your website that both the Last Duel and French Dispatch are only screening at a small number of locations, that wasn’t my question. Why bother advertising them heavily at cinemas where you won’t be showing them?

@EONhelp you have cancelled my 91 year old mother’s direct debit, and when she phoned today, you told her she is not registered as an Eon customer, even though she was reading out her reference number off the bill you sent last week. Can someone help please?

@Laurenlkelly @jranhill @BloomandWild Replacement flowers have arrived. Not squashed this time, but also look as if they haven’t seen water for days. It explains in the lid of the box that they are all in bud so they will last longer - only the spray carnations are in bud, the rest are well open ☹️
