The feedback has been to gain weight. Currently 186 my goal is 220 standing 6’4”! So can some coaches and evaluators rate my meal plan and give any tips.
Pre lift- 3 packs of Oatmeal + Honey
Breakfast post lift- 3 boiled eggs 3 sausage patties
Snack- beef stick
Lunch 1 - 10oz 80/20 ground beef + 2 cups rice
Snack- Trubar (plant based protein)
Lunch 2- 10oz chicken thighs+ 16oz sweetpotatoes
Dinner- 5oz veggie pasta + 12oz salmon
Before bed- +2 PBJ
*allergic to dairy so no whey
