CAUT is alarmed by the UWaterloo administration’s attempts to end the student encampment on campus.

Suing the students for 1.5 million dollars is guaranteed to damage the @UWaterloo and @UWaterlooPres reputation so much more than the protest would. And (in my opinion) this had been handled pretty well before this. This goes in the guidebook for freezing free expression.
