I still can't quite grasp how much this has gutted me.
I never knew him but I enjoyed watching him debate those who disagreed with him.

Let’s say this report by @SueOC_NBCBoston that will air on @NBC10Boston is accurate.

Here’s the problem with it:

Did Sue investigate the backgrounds of the 11 White jurors? Did she look into their financial history, their relationships with their families/friends? Employment history, etc?

What led her to “investigate” the lone Black juror? Did she consider or is she planning to at a minimum look into the others?

Would she have committed such time to investigating this juror’s past if he agreed with the other jurors? I highly doubt it, but would she?

There is a very evident bias and lack of historical sensitivity that is both despicable and clearly steeped in racial prejudice.

No,you don't because they are usually destroyed after jury selection or the trial.
They are used to select the jury and lawyers can actually do a more extensive background check if they want

The lawyers use those questionnaires to help them pick juries and to strike a potential juror
Lawyers can also do thier own background check on jurors.

I had to close down my FB accounts due to threats from ppl who didn't live here
