Francesco has been working directly with Elon Musk since 2015, leading the implementation of OKRs at Tesla.

Since then, he has helped global giants like eBay, Adobe, Nike, Spotify, GoPro, Dropbox, Airbnb, LinkedIn, Booking. com, and Walmart drive impact through world-class OKR practices.

Over the next 9 months, in sha Allah, Francesco will work closely with us to guide our OKR transition. He flew in from Spain today and facilitated our first OKR retrospective ahead of Q3.

We’re incredibly excited for what’s ahead with him on board.
