The case against seven men linked to the murders of rapper Kiernan "AKA" Forbes and his friend Tebello "Tibz" Motsoane - resumes in the Durban High Court. This will be the first time that all seven accused appear together in court for this matter since the extradition of brothers Siyabonga and Malusi Ndimande. The Ndimande brothers will now join their five co-accused in the High Court. These accused are Lindokuhle Mkhwanazi, Lindani Ndimande, Siyanda Myeza, Mziwethemba Gwabeni, and Lindokuhle Ndimande. They face several charges - including double murder, conspiracy to commit murder and attempted murder

Hundreds of foreign nationals sought refuge in the city after saying they were intimidated and chased away from their homes.
It led to intervention by city authorities and a verification process to assess the legal status of foreign nationals.
