There seems to be more scams then legitimate projects! ICOs have become way to easy for the average Joe. The bad apples and scammers will get weeded out in the long run, but everyone should be careful and do their due diligence in the short term.

Petty joy of the mediocre watching greatness recede.
Delight at justice finally coming to the fraudulent.

It's sometimes hard to know the difference.
