Really hard to believe there is only one gate at LAX to park a wide body jet. Another plane broke down at the gate while we sit on the tarmac. SMH.

An hour late leaving Atlanta on Dl345 and now have to wait 30 minutes on the tarmac in California while not
Allowing anyone to leave their seats. Not acceptable with very poor communication from the cockpit. Why do we even have schedules.

Absolutely the worst experience debarking the Norwegian Epic today, April 22. Seems the crew did not care and said to write to Norwegian. Interesting when you think they work for the company. Way to ruin a vacation. Three hours of this debacle.

The debarkation on the Epic this morning in NY was horrendous. 3 hours of sitting in stair wells crammed in with all other guests. Way to ruin a vacation. No happy happy here.

@Delta Finally told we are getting underway. 1.5 hours late. Captain says it is as good as its going to get and plenty safe to get to Costa Rica and back. Not sure how I feel about that. Crossing my fingers for a safe landing.
