Arsenal, one of England’s big football clubs, just donated a pile of their players’ old socks to a horse and donkey sanctuary, and the rescued animals are now wearing them.
It works because modern football socks are footless. Players wear separate grip socks on their feet, so the long sleeves get thrown out. That shape turns out to be perfect for sliding onto an animal’s leg, where they keep flies off sore skin, hold bandages in place, and cover the leg while hooves are trimmed.
The sanctuary, the biggest of its kind in Britain, says the bright red socks have already cut down on vet visits. The donkeys have also decided they make good toys, and have taken to pulling bananas out of them.
Cartrack is still threatening employees. They sending emails encouraging staff to whistleblow on whoever leaked information regarding the death of Gcina Dhladhla. Employees who were present at the time are being treated as suspects, creating fear & intimidation in the workplace
And CAF banned them for missing the game they were heading to after they were shot and some of them killed.
Africans institutions have always been plagued by bad leadership.
Fun fact. For the 1966 World Cup, England debated denying visas for North Korea. FIFA responded that if any players from any teams were denied visas, they would relocate the World Cup, even at the last minute.
Mmabatho Montsho campaigns for menstrual leave in new docu
“It is a real reality. Many women experience that level of pain every month and they still have to show up at work or school,” says Montsho
Management cares about NOTHING but the bottom line, end products and targets 😢
With terrible occurrences: They do generic damage control - see the post they put out! Imagine the person typing that letter.Imagine the person posting it online 📯
In Conclusion: Heartless 💔
What happened at @CartrackZA should serve as a lesson to many toxic companies, especially those that have been exposed on that popular TT account. No matter how ambitious the targets set by executives may be, there is never an excuse to treat employees as if they are disposable or less than human.
Companies need to understand that fear, intimidation, and mistreatment are not sustainable management strategies. Employees deserve respect, dignity, and fair treatment. I have been long following horrible stories about them and other toxic corporate companies that have always been mentioned, especially in the financial sector. Another one toxic company that has always come out tops is in the heart of Sandton, ironically, it’s supposed to look after people’s wellness.
I also believe the rumours are true about how supervisors are given substances that we can’t mention, as that special powder desensitises them and they become monsters who have no care and bully the employees at every given opportunity, all in the name of reaching ridiculous targets.
Businesses that fail to value and respect their employees should not expect loyalty from either their workforce or their customers. My wish is to witness every hour on the hour cancellations and non renewals so they can learn.
The statement they also wrote isn’t even remorseful, they shouldn’t have bothered in fact . I also pray that the family can get a Lawyer pro bono and sue these arrogant bastards. Nxa

A partir de mañana vamos a ser testigos del arraigado y vigente racismo de un país que no ha mejorado mucho que digamos.
Mañana empieza el Mundial más racista de la historia.
