Hi @etihad . Since you cancelled my flight and changed it to another, I have had nothing but problems. Call back promises not happened and a series of errors.

I’ve had contacts from different people claiming to be from Etihad. Just be happy to look into case 8637972 and get my details from there.
It is some of the poorest service I’ve received and now my flight doesn’t even appear in my trips or a reason why?

@OVOEnergy You like to share a hole in your accounting. Which is why I have ended up paying somebody else’s bill after OVO ‘assume’ I lived in a rented house after I told them I moved out. It’s not my bill but an OVO debt collection agency has advised its pay or face a bad credit score.
