@AvantiPalms please please please turn this bad experience around. There is still time to intervene and help! Thus far: first room was dirty upon arrival. Second room the door won’t lock, been waiting for 30 minutes for help!!
Experience 2: walked across the @Avantipalmsres1 resort to get new room key. Now this room doesn’t lock when you leave, so I’m trapped 🙄😭 No help as to when they will address it. I miss good customer experiences. Thank God I checked it before I left. #avantipalmsresort Help!!
Experience 1: Arrived @Avantipalmsres1 and this is the room I walked in to 🫣🤢 Called the front desk and had to walk across the resort to get a new room key even though I explained to the front desk I had a herniated disc and that would be challenging 😥 #avantipalmsresort

Just your daily reminder to NOT sign up for a @tjmaxx credit card. I don’t even apply for one and they continue to not partner in helping resolve the fraudulent activity. Just pain and suffering, while criminals prosper.
