Isolate. Sit with yourself and figure out what you dislike about yourself or your current life. Draw up an action plan to close the gap between who you are now and who you want to be and stick to it, patiently.

2.Theres no guaranteed reward for staying with someone who doesn’t treat you well.
3. Tell yourself you’re beautiful every morning, so you don’t rely on others to validate your beauty.
4. Save whatever you can every month, nothing is too small.
You require a different (valid) energy to what you’re used to tolerating, and all of a sudden you apparently have “high expectations”. When really it’s very average requirements, they are just not happy that the version of you, that once benefitted them no longer exists.
