The service of Royal Mail is atrocious. It’s not a daily service anymore….. Our post only arrives probably once a week. I should have received letters from the hospital & a parcel …. Nothing received & no updates available even for tracked items @RoyalMailHelp @RoyalMail

Yday, when it was -4 outside, my 80yo grandad was left standing at the side of the road when a @reading_buses driver, wouldn’t let him onto a bus (with no explanation)This left him to walk 1mile UPHILL to his gp appointment, that he nearly missed. Disgusting service. @RTL_Robert
