@Coach__Roache@OldSchoolRS Same here got my pet at 50 salvaging, somehow๐ฅ sailing is not the worst but definitely feels like it could've been a Minigame or something like that
I have absolutely no intention of pitting traditional paintings/illustrations against digital ones, and Iโll certainly continue using digital in the future, but Iโm gradually growing tired of the flood of AI-generated images and realizing the worth of traditional ones again.
@brockhofer The moment this post on my feed, I instantly knew I recognized it from somewhere - that damn badass poster you did for Psycho Goreman. Your style is incredible dude. Much love!
One year ago today, we lost David Lynch.
โNo matter what the weather is, I wish for all of you blue skies and golden sunshine internally all along the way.โ
@GDragonDev@PeterJCasaey@alexfredo87 Precisely. At the end of the day, we can try and teach others in a collaborative manner, being didactic about things, but... To each their own.
@PeterJCasaey@alexfredo87 Seems like you completely missed the point bro. Shenmue was released in 1999. The Sega Dreamcast textures had a very small image resolution due to the memory size capacity of hardware at the time.
What you consider "garbage", is actually insanely professionally skilled.
@PeterJCasaey@alexfredo87 That's how UV Maps works - think of it as a unfolding rubix cube. Specially in old hardware, they had to optimize the pixel data of a texture to an insane degree. Japanese developers specially were infamous to taking these techniques to the next level.
