@GC_Rail good afternoon sat on 13:18 from London to Sunderland in coach B there is no power sockets and no wifi the train manager has reset both and still no joy this is not acceptable for such a long journey I am now missing out on important work hours

At the restaurant car to recharge my phone enough to be able to access my
Ticket to get out of the station at my destination
The staff have been very helpful and tried their best but they can’t fix a broken train. This is very stressful and needs sorting
