8 bosses I've worked for. From the world 2nd largest FP company to just a 2 person (back of the garage type) company. None of them is as incompetent as this lot, i wish i was exaggerating. So sad, they were doing so well, then their inexperience caught up to them

Any scrubs with a tiny xp in f&b will know if ur sale's decrease, u sell less food. Like duh🤦‍♂️! Then some of the unsold food will be thrown away. U didn't even spend the time 2 find out which specific category🙈u just look at the balance sheet and went "oh. Figure no no match"
