Jajangmyeon has officially become my favorite noodle dish from Korea! Though it has Chinese origins, this rich, savory noodle dish has completely won me over. There’s just something about those thick, chewy noodles coated in that dark, flavorful black bean sauce that makes it so satisfying. I find myself slurping it down like there’s no tomorrow, and honestly, I’m blaming all those K-dramas for making me crave it in the first place. 😂 Every time I see a character enjoying a bowl of Jajangmyeon, I instantly get hungry.

Just last night, Jeongwoo of AHOF ordered Jajangmyeon for dinner, and seeing it immediately triggered another craving. Suddenly, I was hungry for a big bowl of those saucy noodles! There’s actually a viral shop in Manila that serves Jajangmyeon, but with the weather being so bad, I couldn’t exactly just get up and make the trip. So, for now, I had to settle for the next best thing, a packet of instant Jajangmyeon. It may not be quite the same as having a freshly prepared bowl from a Korean restaurant, but hey, when the craving hits, you work with what you have! 🍜
