There are definitely variables to consider, and what works for one person may not for another (shipping cost/time, buying vs selling vs flipping, etc)

Don’t know soccer, but deals/flips on there esp if you can check often

You just search the card and all of them for sale will be there

You can also make offers but there's no messaging. Just offer/counter-offer/reject/accept

I have a card w/current mkt value of $20
I list on COMC platform for $40.

You'll see this exact card (mine) listed on COMC eBay account with an added percentage for COMC to cover their costs at $46 (or whatever it would be).
