@ItsSamBurton The tiers and circuit breaker lockdown were pointless as the R rate never dropped below 1 however it will flare again as soon as it’s released unless they learn from their mistakes last year. Leave a longer gap before reopening sectors of society!

I urge all @UKLabour and @Conservatives MPs not to back the latest lockdown. It will not benefit the nation and will cause more damage than it will do good. We will be stuck in a cycle of lockdowns if we have this one. The public do not back this course of action.

@Keir_Starmer Labour should not be backing this lockdown. It is not the way forward for our country. The infection rate is high but the death rate is not as high as previous wave. If we continually go into lockdown again and again we are opening ourselves up for years of waves.
