@NissanUK Up until now there has been no resolution or ownership and the car sold is faulty with underlying issues as well as Nissan damaging this vehicle. I will now be taking this forward with Financial Ombudsman and will be suing. Legal parties evidence involved.

@NissanUK I already did that many times and nothing was resolved. I don’t beat to be contacted by generic customer service who will be no support and waste my time. The vehicle should be fixed by Nissan for Nissan carless damage there’s nothing else to discuss
