many of us must drive- handicaps that prohibit walking, transit, bike riding. living in Old Ottawa South it takes almost an hour to get downtown to work & home - @NCC_CCN refuses to acknowledge that Colonel By & QEDrive closed= choking bank st, O'Connor &c. @_MarkSutcliffe
