@nut_history In cricket you can't catch the ball over the boundary line for an out... so the spectacular plays are when they hot potato it to a teammate in mid-air to catch it. It is still apples-to-oranges as the boundary in cricket is a rope encircling the field. Just as an FYI.

@cwdarney You must have 2 defenders between you & the goal when the ball leaves the passers foot... the keeper is the one most folks forget. If the keeper runs out, then there still needs to be 2 defenders between you & the goal.

I did not see offside on that play. Something else maybe?
