We would like to inform you that our KYC process started on June 4th. We are pleased to announce that approximately 86% of our community members have already submitted their KYC applications.
If you have not completed your KYC yet, we encourage you to do so as soon as possible.
✅ For users who have already submitted their KYC, many applications are currently showing a "Review" status. This is a normal part of the verification process, so there is no need to worry.
🔍 To ensure fairness, accuracy, and security, every KYC application is being carefully reviewed through a combination of manual verification and Mytier Universe's PQC Secure AI system.
🛡️ Our goal is to approve only genuine users with valid and accurate documentation. While this process may take some time, it helps us maintain a trusted, transparent, and secure ecosystem for everyone.

Some users have reported that the Mytier app is not opening properly, freezing, or closing by itself after launch.
This kind of issue is commonly called an app crash.
In simple terms, an app crash means the app suddenly stops working, closes automatically, gets stuck on the loading screen, or does not open normally.
