I have often wondered this. I had a girl who I worked with that was gay and her partner transitioned. They decided they wanted to have a baby. She got pregnant (sperm donor) and actually asked if we thought the baby would look like her or her partner. I was like “what world are you living in” the baby does not have any DNA of your partner. 🤷‍♂️ Also was told the ultimate pleasure was when they got a straight person to join them.
