The Mountainside Town used to be far simpler before its revamp in 2020.

The location had been (up to that point) virtually unchanged since August 2017, save for the addition of the 1M Dealership & Gun Store.

The M12 Molten was the first ever community-made vehicle to be featured in Jailbreak.

Created by a user known as @/RallySubbie, the M12 Molten made its debut in October 2020's Town Revamp Update.

The Military Base has been relocated thrice in Jailbreak's history.

Initially right by the now-Tomb, the Military Base was relocated closer to the City, in order to make way for that heist. It was relocated again to the northern section of the map in 2022.

The bridge located at the far south of the Jailbreak map is a drawbridge; it can be activated by driving an aquatic vehicle underneath.

In the 2023 Winter Update, the same update that added the CEO's Oil Rig, a grey ship owned by the company "UNDERCOVER EXPORTS" arrived at the Cargo Port.

It has been there ever since - not much is known about the ship itself or "UNDERCOVER EXPORTS".
