@redheadranting I don’t necessarily disagree, but technically PTSD is just an overreaction to stimuli in the brain that causes a release of stress hormones. PTSD is just one way to describe that process, specifically as it relates to trauma.

@0xDavecryps Taxes mostly, but overall inflation affects everyone. That being said, there are wayyy too many ‘slum lords’ out there. Either way though, properties are rented out for one reason; to make money. Unfortunately there is little incentive to stabilize rent from their perspective
