I know many of us are suffering in loneliness this year but you don't have to. It's time to reconnect with yourself and others this holiday season.

Being Single: A lot of lonely people on threads but look at it this way. It's aan opportunity to come home to your "self" which is a necessary step that leads you right where you are supposed to be. That life you desire is waiting on you!
Relational Intelligence helps us understand ourselves better and when you do you will spend less time being confused about the world and your place in it.
Can you love someone and still know that you shouldn’t marry them? Of course! There are several different types of love to include our own individual brand of love that gets revealed over time. Relational Intelligence helps us understand when to stay and when to go.
It’s hard not to compare yourself to who you were when you don’t have any answers or a timeline to how quickly you can get back to being more of that person. #chronicillness
So you want a loyal person. The question is always do you have the capability to recognize loyalty when it's right in front of you and then provide the same back? Who you choose, matters. Who you are, also matters.
The problem is marketing has told us healing is a destination when it's a lifelong process of becoming who you were always meant to be by learning to navigate the difficult times while building healthy relationships that align with your goals, values, and standards. The more you live in the present working towards the future the past becomes a blurry memory that is sometimes still there.
You say you want to fully “know” someone, but only when it meets your criteria for what knowing them should look like. If you truly want to know someone, watch them. Let things unfold naturally. Let go of expectations. Actually love them for who they are instead of who you wish they’d be for you.
Desire for a Relationship: This becomes more about differentiation in relationships. The ability to remain yourself, regardless of circumstances. Relationships enhance our lives, but they shouldn’t change you so foundationally that you lose yourself.
so then the question becomes why do we want to believe a smoothly coated lie over the truth of the experience that we’re having? This really ends up becoming about the relationship we have with discomfort and uncertainty. We have to learn to stretch our ability to handle multiple truths at the same time and use our discernment to stay in alignment with our goals, values and standards.
Major cheat code for life: Take the first step towards releasing yourself from all the shame, blame, and guilt you carrying with you that probably isn't yours to begin with.
It’s a common statement that people make about many things that requires self reflection. If all you ever get is one type and you’re frustrated by that then it’s you who must do something different. This applies to many different areas of life. So yes, plenty of men read self-help and focus on personal development. You just might not have access to them.
On Being Single: The question is always do you miss having a person or the way having a person makes you feel? A version of yourself that gets lost when single. Untethered.
how do you fix a tired soul? Get closer to God. Invite him into your life and decisions. Ask for him to show you how amazing life can be. To give you the eyes to see and the ears to hear all the goodness and beauty that is all around you regardless of circumstances.
There are a lot of life lessons I learned while working crime scene. It's the root of Relational Intelligence and everything I'm building here. The goal is to get people to stay on the planet by becoming more of themselves. To release the blame, shame, and guilt you carry that is often not even yours. To become who you were always meant to be regardless of circumstances and know that this life is worth living. #relationalintelligence
It's Sunday morning at 6:34 I've been up for an hour just sitting here drinking coffee, had a rice cake with peanut butter, took my meds which is a new thing this year as we trying to figure out what comes next, and now I'm just watching Chloe lay by the front door. Life is both complicated and good. Amen.
Everyone so desperately wants to be different. How about Americans for America? We’d like prosperity back for the average person. Some of us would settle for being able to pay our bills on time. People want to work—so where are the jobs? Thank you for your attention to this matter. 🇺🇸
