@GatwickExpress Trying to download tickets in PDF I get «Not found» on both tickets. Trying to download eticket I get «not found» on one journey and «Safari can not open this file» on the other. I have tried with both my iPad and iPhone,

@GatwickExpress Yes, I got your email. But I get no reply when trying to open the ticket («not found»). Same in My account. So I am still without a ticket.
