@Citi973 This is what I hate about our media. This man is not a chief. The Chief of Asuom has come out publicly to confirm this, yet our mainstream media keep regarding him as such.
@Jally_Karungi@OkunuMaria I pray for a smooth transition of power. But when the civil war or coup detat strikes after his demise or his attempt replace his son, do not call on any African for empathy or support.
@TheophilusMinn2 @_Lyk_dreamS @_GhChronicles That's why I also pointed out that as it stands now, there's no wrong doing on the part of Paul, unless the MD comes to say that it's the Board that changed the company, which is unlikely bcos contractual issues are handled by the MD..
@TheophilusMinn2 @_Lyk_dreamS @_GhChronicles Yes, I agree with you. That's why I don't understand why people are rejoicing. Even in the entire report, there's no where that points to an amount embezzled or the state losing money.
@_Lyk_dreamS @TheophilusMinn2@_GhChronicles Perhaps you haven't read the entire report. The Board met Devnest 3 times. After their presentation the Board approved their capacity to deliver. The Board gave Management the green light to deal with Devnest Systems. Now at some point the contract went to Evatex.
@ananse__kwaku@Manasseh_Azure Did you see any amount quoted in the report as being stolen or lost by the state? The whole issue smacks of giving a contract meant for Company A to Company B. Go back and read the full report again.
@Manasseh_Azure So the MD is the one who can say that Paul, acting in capacity as Board Chair ursurped the duties of the MD to give the contract to Evatex, however, nothing of that sort is out yet.
@Manasseh_Azure I've read the entire report. There's no part of this report that indicts or incriminates Paul. The only one who can incriminate Paul is the MD. In that, per the report, the Board dealt with Devnest Systems, therefore at what point did a contract meant for Devnest go to Evatex?
