The Vancouver Warriors' Keegan Bal has 109 points this NLL season.

He needs only 4 points to set a new franchise record for points in a single season.

Last season, Bal broke the old record of 111 points (set by Colin Doyle in 2009, then matched by Rhys Duch in 2016 & Corey Small in 2017) with 112 points.

With just 1 point, Bal will become the 1st player in franchise history to have had multiple 110+ point seasons.

Is 3 on 3 overtime to determine any game, especially gold, at the Olympics dumb as hell? Yes.

Is complaining about the format after you lose but saying nothing about it after you win a good look? No

Would I have complained about it if I was Canada too? Probably. Emotional loss. Stuff gets said. You say stuff when you’re emotional. You say stuff when you’re drunk. You say stuff when you’re on dust. You tell people you love them but in reality you were just extra horny.

That’s life.

You also can outplay a team and still lose. Happens all the time, in every sport. That’s ball. That’s also life. USA gutted it out and got the W. That’s the name of the game. Sometimes you’re losing a street fight against your uncle at thanksgiving and crack him in the head and knock him out in the street. Underdog stories happen. That’s how it goes and how it will always be.
