The Dallas Cowboys recently visited a local orphanage.
“It’s just so heartbreaking to see all those faces with absolutely no hope,” said one of the orphans.
Sadly, this is the first year at the commemoration ceremony at Pearl Harbor that no Pearl Harbor survivor has attended. We have lost so many over the past few years and as few as 12 remain living today. From one generation to the next. Remember Pearl Harbor. Remember those lost. Remember those who survived. #PearlHarbor84
DON’T WATCH THE TRAILERS IF YOU HAVEN’T READ THE BOOK
If you’re a fan of space (obviously you are or you wouldn’t follow me) do yourself a favor and read it ASAP.
I rarely advertise things like this so you know this is serious 🤓
If you feel like you're bad at your job and it's making you depressed, just consider that, as the investigation of the recent heist revealed, the password to access the Louvre's videosurveillance system was "Louvre".
RIP Radio legend Pierre Robert. He has been one of the voices that I have heard my entire life growing up in the Philly area. What an incredible person and a Philadelphia music legend. 🙏 https://t.co/NwYUkC4cHo
The most delicious part of Girl Scout cookies is the part where you justify eating an entire box in one sitting because you’re supporting the next generation of women business leaders.

This is the most valuable thing I own. It’s a folder of photos of my father, spanning his life from being a baby, an educator, a husband and a father. It’s the only evidence of his life that will exist over time. These are the “documents” you read about people taking from their homes. When you hear someone say they’ve lost everything in a fire, this is much of that everything, if not all of it. Those who say they’ll be okay still have their folders and their albums. Those who are inconsolable have lost them. Just behind the immeasurable loss of life is the loss of the proof of life. I don’t practice prayer but tonight I will say one for everyone who no longer has these items. It’s not about the art and the collectibles. It’s the photos, the letters, the class rings, the eyeglasses and the things we keep to remind us that those we loved were here. May those who have lost so much find some semblance of hope and support from their family and friends. Stay safe, look out for yourself and for one another, and trust that humanity and all it entails, though sometimes hard to see, is alive and well. This is truly devastating.
.@FlintDibble graduated from my high school @Haverford_HS and has become one of the most well known archaeologists in the world to common folks like me. He even went on Joe Rogan to push back against pseudoscience. Interesting article if you have time. https://t.co/PxtLFiReHb
