@virginmedia Nope - it was a welcome offer under an 18 month contract, no discount that ended after a year or anything like that. It’s very troubling and to have been charged an set up fee just taken via the increased direct debit is very worrying that Virgin can just take our £ like that

@virginmedia Not as yet - we have been told we will receive a call in the next 72 hours. So far we have been advised that rather than our £89 package (which has increased to £139) we can “have” it for £98 (all despite being within contract at £89 -it’s theft at organisation level to be honest

@virginmedia not that I am aware of - we have spoken again this afternoon and Virgin have confirmed that for some reason our package has been amended "as we thought your contract had ended" - we are 11 months into an 18 month contract... I must say the service has been absolutely atrocious
