@asimo3089 @Kurisu3002 @REAL_EpicTank @badimo I had this problem as well, but I was able to grab it after some time trying. There is a small tiny space on the floor that worked for me. @Kurisu3002 try to grab it by touching vault somewhere on the floor.

Then I tried to do the event again, but there was no egg anymore and there is no way to get Hatch rims. Please, look into it. 🙏
