Hauppauge MS students competed against schools from all over Long Island today at the Math Masters Invitational at Udall Road MS in West Islip. One of our students was even a member of the winning team in the mixed teams event!
Students in Tokyo also visited an immersive art exhibit at teamLab Planets which engaged all of your senses. We walked through a crystal maze, hanging orchid gardens, and waded through water with images of koi swimming by our legs. We even went to a traditional farming village.
Hauppauge students in Tokyo learned how liquid helium and flux pinning have allowed their bullet trains to reach speeds over 300 mph! They are already working on new technology. We even got to ride a train back! @EFtours@tmccarthy5210@dmurph88@JWieckhorst94@HPS_Eagles
Hauppauge has arrived in... Tokyo! Visiting Shibuya Scramble, Tokyo Sky Tree, and then cooking our own dinner on hibachi grills. Learning about the architecture in Tokyo and emerging science and technology! @EFtours@dmurph88@tmccarthy5210@JWieckhorst94@HauppaugeMS@HPS_Eagles
One more! Hauppauge beats Victor 4-3 in 8 innings to move on to the state championship game! Kyle Magill went 3-3 with 3 RBI including a walkoff single to drive in Matt Neglia. Neglia pitched 4.2 and John Margolies went 7 up 7 down in the final 2.1 for the W. 4:00 final today!
We are thrilled to extend to your children an exciting opportunity to embark on an educational adventure of a lifetime! Hauppauge has partnered with EF Tours to organize a captivating trip abroad to Tokyo, Japan in July 2025. Scan the QR Code to register for the meeting.
My favorite moment was when OC backed up to the first row of the bleachers to serve and my 3 year old sitting there says "Hi, you're playing volleyball?" She said hello and then served an ace!
Had a great time with the family watching the Hauppauge Girls Varsity Volleyball team at the 2nd annual Angela's House Fundraiser! The girls played great and the parents and students helping out made the event run smooth! @HPSAthletics@AngelasHouse@HPS_Eagles
