The Mets tricked a Season Ticket Holder into giving up his seats for Emma Stone.

Emma sat in my friend's Mets season tickets last night, first row in RF.

Last week the Mets called him offering him a seat upgrade, "because it's been a tough season and he's been a STH for a long time (29 years)."

It turns out they needed the seats for Emma and Chris Pine to film a movie. They were probably never going to give him a choice, and hid the reason so he didn't have leverage. He was expecting a premium upgrade like club seats, but they put him in normal seats 16th row on the 1B side (arguably not even better than being first row on the field in the outfield).

I love the Mets, but this is crazy stuff.

The screw was loose. $75.
Recently, which made me delete them, was that I apparently caused $3k in mold damages for taking 3 showers.
They care about host more than renters.

@business Stayed at a place in Berlin, host claims my 3 showers caused $4000 in damages to her walls - @AirbnbHelp sides with host - claiming I was the reason for mold growth. I’m a certified mold assessor. I know what not to do and yet I’m asked to pay.

Air BnB needs to go away. There is nothing positive about them. They're part of what has and is causing the ridiculous housing prices. Add to that the sheer number of creepy hosts. Hidden cameras. Cleaning fees even though your expected to clean before you leave. No. Hotels need to lower their prices and put air bnb out of business.

@business @AirbnbHelp What’s wild is I left on that Monday & saw the host intermittently throughout my stay. She didn’t say a word about any damages but was friendly. she tells me a week later - all while having other guests over, before, during, and after my stay that I caused the water damages

@business @AirbnbHelp I hate to put info like this, but I don’t take long showers. I go in, do my business quick and I’m out. I don’t ponder all of life’s questions while I’m in there. The host gave me directives before saying to be sure to point the water away from the design flaw of the bathtub
