Solareum update!!

1. RAK ICC has officially approved Solareum’s Business Plan — a major milestone and an important step toward scaling the project to the next level.

2. Due to recent regulatory changes in Dubai, Solareum Inc. is currently restructuring its legal framework to remain fully compliant. This is an ongoing process, with further details to be shared in Q1 2026. Adaptation is part of Solareum’s green evolution.

3. Legal update: Solareum has retained Blue Oak Law Firm, completed full forensic preservation of evidence, and is now finalizing steps to file a formal complaint in the Superior Court of Delaware. Arbitration was attempted, but the counter-party refused to proceed via AAA. Negotiation has officially shifted to litigation. Justice will be pursued until matters are made right for Solareum and its community.

4. Product update: Game API integrations with social media platforms are currently being tested, with rollout planned for Q1 2026. Preview content has been shared.

✅IoT Business Plan officially filed with RAK ICC (Nov 17, 2025) — now awaiting approval
✅ Legal process advancing through courts, with setup expected in 2–3 weeks
✅ Game in final development phase, preparing for airdrop
✅ Tokenomics update planned for end of Q4 2025
✅ NFT utility expansion on SLM confirmed

The team is staying lean, managing costs responsibly and prioritizing execution over noise.

Legal case now moving to court. Game enters final stage for airdrop launch. Given rough market conditions in 2025, we’re targeting Q1 2026 as the smartest window.
