@AjayCybulski I don’t think it will happen. Beane gave up a lot to say goodbye.
But I’d be happy if it did. He would make this a better football team and that’s all that matters. And I would think he would be a little more humble.
@D_Schiffhauer@joshallenfan1@TheThomasDeLaus My point wasn’t roster management. That’s a legit concern. My issue is that if an athlete doesn’t fall over himself telling the world how he’s not leaving, he is “being greedy” and that’s ridiculous.
@joshallenfan1@TheThomasDeLaus Totally. It would not be very savvy negotiating to say “I love it here so much I am open to taking less money.” James Cook caught this same kind of criticism. It’s a business. It’s hilarious that the players are usually painted as the villains instead of the billionaires.
@ChrisTrapasso I loved the DJ trade. I liked the first trade down. But the stockpiling of Saturday picks has not worked in the past. Their track record of what they usually do with those picks is the concern. Since JA17, they have had way more bad draft classes than good. We will see.
@sara_larson After 3 trade backs, they still netted zero additional picks in the first 3 rounds. This is why all of their draft classes stink. They draft lots of mediocrity and pray they strike gold. Every. Year.
@showtimehcky@RobDoug71 Bam! 💯
A late 2nd is worth it. Beane has to work some cap magic but he wouldn’t do it without a plan. DJ Moore is still awesome and the Bills are better today than yesterday. It’s ok to be happy. 😊
@BillsRunDeep2 I could be wrong, but once he stepped out of bound’s voluntarily, he is ineligible to catch a pass. Illegal touching, right? Yes, he should have ensured the play was over first but he didn’t bail on the play. Am I wrong?
@JoeBrunoWSOC9 It’s crazy how many people are lacking empathy for the 600 North Carolinians that will become unemployed. To celebrate layoffs because you had a bad customer experience or because your social views differ is disappointing. I hope these families can bounce back quickly!
@ByTimGraham This feels like when the Eagles let Reid go. They knew he was a great coach, person and leader. But they just needed a change after not getting over the hump. I want McD to stay and Beane to go, but they seem to have their fates intertwined.
Tre’s DPI was warranted. But why isn’t anyone talking about the one on Taron earlier in the drive? That was absolutely a phantom call. Nothing warranted a flag.
And that was a catch by Cooks but at least that one was debatable.
@Coffeewhore2@RapSheet I’m not defending what he did. But it does the Bills no good to be petty about this. If they release him, it would show other players how the Bills treat players. Plus you don’t want to give one of the most powerful agents in sports a reason to have an axe to grind with you.
@amandavi613@seanmdav Exactly. Why would a company promote another one’s product? It doesn’t even matter if the other game is more important from a sports perspective. And I’m a Bama fan admitting the other is bigger.
@Bulldogwgr They are capable of beating anyone; equally capable of losing to anyone. But the overreaction to Brady is nuts. They are consistently a top 5 offense. Brady called a bad game. It was a short week. He deserves the benefit of the doubt, given his track record.
