ENG has played seven Ashes series in AUS since 2000
At the halfway point of each one they have been:
0-3
0-3
1-1
0-3
0-3
0-3
0-3
For all the hype, in AUS the Ashes have pretty much been a damp squib for a long time
When will it change 🤔

Bailey Smith is still good at getting the ball. However Baz is still a horrific user of the pill. 8 turnovers in the GF and little to no impact from 29 touches.
One trick pony. Get it. Run. Kick long. Hope. Zero finesse.
Bulldogs fans have known this for a long time.

Problems with AFL football as I see them:
1. Half the teams are unwatchable.
2. The scheduling is idiotic.
3. The broadcasting sucks.
4. The media discourse is stupid.
5. Trade and free agency.
6. The umpiring is woeful.
7. There isnt enough talent.
Bailey Smith. First half. 25 touches at 48% disposal efficiency and 5 turnovers. There is no doubting his running ability and his ability to get the ball. It is outstanding.
However, his ability to actually use the footy in any meaningful way is putrid.

I’ve never once separated my whites from my colors, and yet I’ve faced absolutely no consequences for it. Has society been swindled by big laundry? Is it all a hoax? I think yes.
The ball that changed the course of the match.
South Africa was cruising at 48-0 at the end of 12th over.
Enters Warne, wicket off 2nd ball of his 1st over (Gibbs: 30 off 36).
Then Kirsten & Cronje, Warne 3-2-3-3
Warne's final figures 10-4-29-4

The worst thing that can happen to a football club is having a coach that wins enough games to not get fired when they are fundamentally no good.
