Year 6 have had a brilliant art lesson learning all about colour theory. We have then used this to help us use tints and shades to work on our background of 'The Scream' @JCA__Art

Year 2 enjoyed a great Science lesson yesterday where we classified a range of things into alive, dead or never alive. We recorded these into our books with pictures and labels @JCA_Science #livingthings

Year 6 have enjoyed learning all about components of the blood. We represented different parts and then explained the function 🩸@JCA_Science

Year 4 have had an excellent afternoon at Silcoates school! They loved developing their skills in hockey and rugby and enjoyed meeting other pupils. Thank you @silcoatesschool

Year 5 started the morning with Yoga and mindful movement, getting our bodies ready to do some fantastic learning. #JCAYoga

Year 3 have been representing numbers to 1000 in maths. They worked in teams as they went on a number hunt to correctly identify the numbers represented with base 10 and place value counters. @JCANumeracy @whiterosemaths

What a wonderful way to start the morning 📚 Year 4 completed a quiz all about the books they have read. We then took the time to pick and read a new book in the outdoor library. Thank you Mrs P!
