BNSF's Technical Training Center sets a high bar for operational training excellence in the railroad industry!

Our collaboration with Johnson County Community College in Overland Park, Kansas, has trained tens of thousands of employees in railroad operations and safety over the past 40 years at a facility that occupies nearly a quarter-million square feet of indoor and outdoor space. The training equips BNSF employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles running the railroad.
