I don't think I've ever been to work on a Sunday before, but it was for a good reason! I took part in the Hatfield 5 mile race for the first time, with two people from my karate club 🙂.

I even managed to witness a world record being broken! Well done all that took part 💪

Last time I was at @panshangerpark was before COVID, so it was lovely to be back this morning for @Panshangparkrun. I forgot how beautiful it is there (photos stolen from a friend). The stunning views almost made up for the slow time and horrible hills!
