🚨UPDATE: DASH CAM FOOTAGE has been released, showing the ICE agent, who POINTED A GUN at a U.S. citizen, LIED about her almost running him over, in Falls Church, Virginia.

And shows she was never even close to him, or his car.

An ICE agent cut this woman off, jumped out of his vehicle, immediately pulled his GUN, pointed it directly at her through her window, and threatened to arrest her for “following” and “recording” them.

He also claimed she almost hit him with her car…

She called bullshit, and told him she had it all on dash cam.

Now we have the footage.

The video shows she’s driving down the street and goes around a stopped vehicle. The ICE agent is across the street, walking back toward his own vehicle.

She turns… and he gets into his car.

She NEVER comes close to him.
She NEVER comes close to his vehicle.
She isn’t speeding toward him.
She isn’t trying to hit him.

She’s actually looking for a place to turn around so she can LEAVE.

She pulls into an open parking spot, turns around, comes to a stop sign, and begins turning LEFT… AWAY from the ICE agent.

And that’s when HE CUTS HER OFF.

He aggressively gets out, immediately draws his GUN, walks up to her window, and POINTS HIS GUN DIRECTLY AT HER.

Then he starts yelling:

“Are you following us? This is a warning!”

Except, she wasn’t following them… She was trying to leave.

Then comes the accusation…

“You are recording us! And you almost ran us over.”

Except the dash cam shows that didn’t happen…

At all.

And this is why always recording ICE agents matters.

HE cut HER off.
HE pulled the gun.
HE pointed it at her.
And HE threatened her.

All while accusing HER of being the aggressor.

And the dash cam doesn’t just prove he lied about her “almost running him over.”

It shows he used that lie to justify pulling a GUN on her while she was legally observing and recording ICE agents…and then trying to LEAVE.

There is a HUGE difference between an armed federal agent threatening to arrest someone…

And an armed federal agent POINTING A GUN AT THEM.

ICE agents are no longer hesitating to pull guns on U.S. citizens.

And apparently, all it takes is recording them, trying to drive away, and refusing to accept their bullshit.

And that should scare the hell out of everyone.

And the excuse?

They claimed she “almost ran them over.”

Except… she had a dash cam recording the entire thing.

She immediately called their bullshit:

“You are so full of shit. I didn’t almost run anyone over.”

The agent tells her, “You aren’t funny.”

She responds, “You aren’t funny.”

Then he threatens her… “Keep it up, I will arrest you.” While he has his gun aimed inches away from her.

She says, “I’m a legal citizen, for what?”

And they keep threatening her with arrest.

Then, the agent repeats the accusation that she tried to run them over.

So, she tells him, “Run you over when? I have dash cam recording. That’s a lie.”

And suddenly… they WALK AWAY.

Because if she had actually tried to run federal agents over, why did they just leave after she called their bullshit, and said she had video proving them wrong?

And just to emphasize the seriousness of what happened…

An ARMED federal agent had his GUN POINTED AT A WOMAN, through her car window, while threatening her with arrest.

Pointing a firearm at someone is an enormous use of force that should NEVER be treated casually… especially when the supposed justification is an accusation they apparently couldn’t… or wouldn’t… back up.

She wasn’t arrested.

They didn’t show her evidence that she committed a crime.

They just threatened her, pointed a gun at her, and repeatedly told her they would lock her up if she continued following them.

And the SECOND she says, “I have it on dash cam,” they WALK AWAY.

Because apparently the threat disappears when there’s a camera that can prove what actually happened.

This is exactly why people need to DOCUMENT these encounters.

Because when armed federal agents can point guns at citizens, and make accusations with seemingly no consequences, the public needs cameras.

And when they threaten you for asking, “For what?”

Police arrest 73 year old woman with dementia. Get fired, arrested, jail time, and cost the citizens 3 million in a settlement.

A 73-year-old woman with dementia tried to walk out of a Loveland, Colorado Walmart with $13.88 in unpaid items. She had offered her credit card to pay, but staff declined and took the items back before calling police.

​As she walked home, Officer Austin Hopp intercepted her. Despite her clear confusion and repeated statements that she was just going home, Hopp over powered the 80-pound woman to get her in custody.

Officer Daria Jalali arrived shortly after and assisted in binding her feet and push her into the cruiser.
​At the station, she was handcuffed to a bench and left without medical care for nearly three hours.

You could see her her face as well as her inability to comprehend simple questions that were being asked of her that something was not right with the woman. Never once do the officers take even a moment to explore if there was something medically wrong with her.

Needless to say, the woman needed some medical care after all of this was over. The most disgusting part was the station cameras later captured the arresting officers laughing and fist-bumping while watching the bodycam footage.

In the addition to the actions the officers took, ​Sergeant Philip Metzler initially approved the use of force as necessary and deemed it within policy.

Once the federal civil rights lawsuit made the footage public, ALL involved officers resigned as they should have.

The City of Loveland settled the lawsuit for $3 million forcing the citizens to pay the bill for these terrible officers.

In addition to being unemployed, both Hopp and Jalali went to prison with Hopp getting 5 years and Jalari getting 45 days.
