@SouthwestAir Got my first bag back today from FedEx (after being in your possession for 11 days) and the bag has a giant slash in it from what I’m guessing is a box cutter. Brand new Samsonite bag used only once - this hellish trip.
@SouthwestAir congratulations on being able to start “selling tickets” again tomorrow. My family has been without our bags since Monday and no one can tell me where there are. Congrats on the revenue though. More stock buybacks and government handouts should help.
