Different PM so soon will do nothing for economic growth, the cost of living, reduce unemployment OR result in stability in our tax system. Self interest on last point - I would argue things will get worse.

Tax attack on private education might go further. What about hard working families who pay for their kids to go to dance lessons, sports and holiday clubs? Why aren’t @Conservatives highlighting how far the move to tax parents who try to help their kids could go?

Why isn’t VAT on private schools extended to university fees? It is private education - just that a lot pay for it by taking government loans. And private tuition fees? Languages, music? I think it’s a @UKLabour view that only rich people pay for private education (plainly wrong)

University education the next obvious target for @UKLabour since universities have a funding crisis and only the better educated get the best paying jobs, so can afford another 20% on top of tuition fees
