The sad news is that Southeast Missouri State University decided to shut down @SEMOPress, who have been an absolute delight to work with, and who I am so thankful for bringing my book into the world.

Wrapped up the last day of #1000wordsofsummer with 1,193 words. Over these 14 days, I wrote 17,754 total words across three stories that I've written and started rewriting. The neat thing about doing this is it becomes a practice, and I know I'm going to do another 1000 tomorrow
