@switchstock Nope, sure wasn't. Got in the queue, then it gave me an error after waiting and then said access denied. This was AFTER I waited the first time and it went from 40 minutes up to 4 1/2 hours. The Pokémon center queue is a joke and they offer no support for it. #pokemoncenter

@Honeywell_Home Out of nowhere my IPCAM WOC1 is showing device offline on TC 2.0. I've reset the wifi, reset the connection, and even deleted the cameras and added them back. What more can I do?
