I'm a low spender being a welkin and battle pass buyer, ive got a few 5 star weapons and it doesn't make business sense to have craftable 5 star weapons for HYV. I don't think F2P have a say since they aren't contributing.

@SakuraXXiao @GenshinImpact I disagree, the strongest characters and weapons were early game up to the start of Inazuma. Ganyu, Hu Tao, Ayaka, Staff of Homa & Mistsplitter are way too powerful... Powercreep isn't coming for a long time so I expect the Sumeru characters and weapons to be fairly balanced.

@SakuraXXiao @GenshinImpact How would HYV justify a weapon banner if players could just craft a 5 star weapon. Why would I pull on the weapon banner if I can just craft 5 star weapons? Just because you don't want to spend money on the weapon banner doesn't mean changes should be implemented for you.
