A bit of a rant that you've probably read but I feel these things bear repeating until people understand-

It IS okay to change your mind when presented with new information or when you come to a new understanding. The sunk cost fallacy is in your head.

So, even if you don't have the strength/ability to push back against a world that doesn't care about you and everyone else who's not the elite, you can still fight back with simple kindness.
