@StarbucksUK So we are back to no reusable cups? The system where we drop them in a big mug, your brilliant staff make the coffee in the reusable cup and we take it back was, I assume, actually safer as we don't have a takeaway mug handled by staff and is much more enviromentally friendly?
RSPB's South West Swift Project Coordinator informed us today of 31 pairs of HMs this last summer, successfully rearing broods in swift bricks/boxes. Has anyone else experienced this? (Photographs courtesy of Hugh Hastings/The Duchy of Cornwall)
A first from the Obs: group of Tuna lingering more or less due south from our viewpoint, c1.5 miles out; several good views of them jumping right out of the water.
It's nice when the bugs that turn up colour-coordinate with your signs! π The first #DidcotBugs mini plots noe have some #Cinnabarmoth caterpillars on ragwort and a gorgeous display of #commonknapweed. The yarrow, oxeye daisy and ragged robin seem to be doing ok too.
