Leaders of organizations need to understand their teams’ motivation every month. Every employee is motivated by different things in different periods. Take care of your good employees before it is too late

@Pastrytime @MTGSecretLair I would not doubt that we would loose our spots in line and have to que up at a later date. Same thing happened to me when trying to purchase SDCC2025 Badge for my girlfriend and I.
